Lessons From 2 Peter

The theme of the book is the believer’s responsibility in time of apostasy.  Peter’s earlier letter was to encourage them in persecution.  Now he finds out that there are false teachers among them so he sends this short letter to tell them to ground themselves in the full knowledge of truth in Christ Jesus and to reinforce their faith against false doctrine.
